The world needs a generation of leaders who think Biblically, live passionately, walk by faith, and embrace an eternal perspective. I want to inspire, equip, and enable that generation to engage, evangelize, and impact the world and culture with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the demonstrated love of God.

Signs of a Transformed Life
When someone decides to follow Christ, there is an expectation that their life will change. Not, perhaps, immediately. And certainly not completely overnight, but change is a hallmark of becoming a follower of the Messiah. What are some signs of a transformed life?...
Why Churches Thrive
The truth is this: Some churches thrive while some churches die. Why? What are the keys to leading a thriving church rather than watching it die a slow and painful death? How can we begin to see more thriving churches rather than lamenting the death of so many...
Could Religious Liberty Really Be In Danger?
The COVID-19 pandemic has altered life for millions of people around the world. For some, it has meant severe illness and death, for others working from home to avoid catching the virus, and for many more, the destruction of their very livelihoods. People have suffered as businesses have closed and jobs have been lost. The uncertainty of the future has made getting back to a semblance of normalcy virtually impossible. In the background of it all, however, has been the erosion of religious liberty, making the crisis of COVID-19 all the more dangerous for the world it has already fundamentally changed.
Fact Checking Is Not Something We Need
Almost all social media platforms are now “tagging” posts that contain information that the social media platform deems “misinformation”. In some instances, social media platforms are banning the dissemination of certain information, opinions and stories, destroying the opportunity for the free exchange of ideas. This is all being done under the banner of “fact checking” and it is supposedly for our good. But, do we really need fact checking?
Do We Serve an Unjust God?
One of the great “accusations” against God is that He is unjust and metes out punishments that are capricious and harsh. Some point to the death of Uzzah in 2 Samual as an example of God’s arbitrary punishment of “innocent” people. Is God unjust?
Elections Matter, But God Is Sovereign
Today is Election Day in the United States. The 2020 election is of great importance for the future of the United States, including the future of fundamental rights like religious liberty and the rule of law, but regardless of the outcome…
I am glad you’ve decided to visit my website. I hope you will find the resources provided here to be helpful on your journey of faith. I believe strongly in Biblical discipleship that produces fully-formed followers of Christ who are willing to make a difference in the culture and speak clearly in the public square on the issues of greatest importance. I see a need for worldview, apologetics, and leadership training in the local church, and I recognize that our culture desperately needs healthy churches that thrive because of their commitment to Jesus and His Kingdom agenda. Christians are called to engage the culture with the Gospel and to clearly understand the times in which we live. A secular revolution has swept through our culture and has invaded the church, while at the same time a void of Christian leadership has formed. It is into that void I hope to step and to provide Biblically-centered teaching and principled, God-honoring leadership. My hope is you will be encouraged and equipped by the articles, videos, podcasts, and other resources on this website, and by the events I host, and the books I write. Every day we have an opportunity to store up for ourselves treasures in Heaven and to make the name of Jesus great. I hope you’ll join me as I follow Him and that, together, we will change the world!
MINISTRY REQUEST
Ryan is available to speak at worship services, special events, small group meetings, conferences, school assemblies, and business leadership gatherings. Ryan also conducts conferences, seminars, training events, and revivals–hosted by local churches–designed to equip believers for ministry and evangelism. With a significant focus on apologetics and worldview training, Ryan seeks to assist pastors and church leaders in making disciples through powerful presentations of God’s Word, to audiences of all ages, with a passion for truth and practical application.
Many of the messages Ryan delivers are designed to equip followers of Christ to speak boldly in the public square on important issues facing the church, issues such as the rule of law and human flourishing, the sanctity of life from birth through natural death, the centrality of marriage in stable societies, and the need for a Biblical perspective on politics, law, and public policy. Ryan also teaches extensively on topics related to Biblical church health, Biblical church growth, Biblical church government, and church revitalization, with a passion for helping normative-size churches reach full potential in their communities.
